Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HOLD AI Assistant ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Access

The Service is available exclusively to individuals authorized by HOLD Technology Co., Ltd. ("HOLD"). Access requires registration of your mobile phone number and verification against an approved whitelist maintained by HOLD administrators. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

3. SMS and WhatsApp Messaging Terms

    By providing your mobile phone number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via WhatsApp or SMS from HOLD AI Assistant for authentication purposes.
  

Message frequency: You will receive a maximum of 1 verification message per sign-in attempt. No recurring or marketing messages will be sent.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan.
To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer be able to receive OTP codes via SMS.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service solely for legitimate business communication and information purposes as authorized by HOLD. You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
Transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
Use automated tools to send messages or abuse the Service in any way.

5. AI-Generated Content

Responses provided by the Service are generated by an AI model and are intended for informational and reference purposes only. HOLD does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated response. You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided.

6. Confidentiality

The Service and its contents are confidential. You may not share your access credentials, conversation content, or any information obtained through the Service with unauthorized third parties.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content comprising the Service are the property of HOLD Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely as described herein.

9. Termination

HOLD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HOLD does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HOLD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

HOLD may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

1. 接受条款

使用 HOLD AI 助手（"本服务"），即表示您同意受本服务条款（"条款"）的约束。如您不同意本条款，请勿使用本服务。

2. 资格与访问

本服务仅面向经豪德科技有限公司（"豪德"）授权的人员。访问本服务需提供手机号码，并通过豪德管理员维护的白名单审核。严禁未授权访问。

3. 短信与 WhatsApp 消息条款

    提供手机号码并请求验证码，即表示您同意接收来自 HOLD AI 助手通过 WhatsApp 或短信发送的一次性验证码（OTP），用于身份验证目的。
  

消息频率：每次登录最多发送 1 条验证消息，不会发送任何定期或营销性消息。
可能收取短信及流量费用，具体取决于您的运营商和套餐。
如需退订短信，请回复 STOP。退订后将无法再通过短信接收验证码。
如需帮助，请回复 HELP 或发送邮件至 hold@fshold.com。

4. 许可使用

您仅可将本服务用于豪德授权范围内的合法业务沟通与信息查询。您同意不得：

将本服务用于任何违法、有害或欺诈目的；
尝试未经授权访问本服务的任何部分或其底层基础设施；
传输任何诽谤、淫秽或其他令人反感的内容；
使用自动化工具发送消息或以任何方式滥用本服务。

5. AI 生成内容

本服务提供的回复由 AI 模型生成，仅供参考。豪德不对 AI 生成内容的准确性、完整性或适用性作出任何保证。您须自行承担使用相关信息的风险与责任。

6. 保密

本服务及其内容属于保密信息。您不得将您的访问凭证、对话内容或通过本服务获取的任何信息分享给未经授权的第三方。

7. 数据与隐私

您对本服务的使用受我们的隐私政策约束，该政策通过引用纳入本条款。使用本服务即表示您同意其中描述的数据处理方式。

8. 知识产权

构成本服务的所有软件、设计及内容均为豪德科技有限公司或其许可方的财产。您获得有限的、非独家的、不可转让的许可，仅按本条款规定使用本服务。

9. 终止

豪德保留随时暂停或终止您对本服务访问权限的权利，无需事先通知。终止后，您使用本服务的权利立即终止。

10. 免责声明

本服务按"现状"和"现有"基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证。豪德不保证本服务不间断、无错误或不含有害组件。

11. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，豪德不承担因您使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害赔偿责任。

12. 条款变更

豪德可随时更新本条款。在任何变更后继续使用本服务，即表示您接受修订后的条款。

13. 适用法律

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。任何争议应提交有管辖权的法院解决。
