Privacy Policy

1. Overview

HOLD AI Assistant ("the Service") is an internal AI chat tool operated by HOLD Technology Co., Ltd. ("HOLD", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service, including how we handle your mobile phone number for authentication purposes.

2. Information We Collect

Mobile phone number — collected when you sign in to the Service to verify your identity.
Chat messages and attachments — content you send to the AI assistant, stored on HOLD's own servers.
Usage data — message counts and timestamps used solely for rate-limiting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Mobile Number

Your mobile phone number is used exclusively to:

Verify your identity via a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your WhatsApp or SMS;
Match your account to the authorized user whitelist maintained by HOLD administrators.

    Non-sharing commitment: We will never share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose. Your mobile number is used solely for authentication within this Service.
  

4. Messaging Disclosures

When you sign in through the web interface, HOLD AI Assistant sends a one-time verification code via WhatsApp or SMS through Twilio.

Message frequency: You will receive a maximum of 1 verification message per sign-in attempt. No recurring or marketing messages will be sent.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To stop receiving messages, simply do not request a new verification code. You may also reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out.
For help, reply HELP to any SMS message or contact us at the address below.

5. Data Retention

One-time passcodes are deleted immediately after successful verification or after they expire (within 10 minutes). Chat conversation history is retained on HOLD's servers until you or an administrator deletes it. Phone numbers remain in our system for as long as your account is active.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Chat content and phone numbers are stored on servers operated by HOLD within our own infrastructure. We do not use phone numbers to identify you beyond the scope of this Service.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Twilio to deliver verification messages. Twilio processes your phone number solely to route the OTP message; see Twilio's Privacy Policy for details. We do not share any other personal data with Twilio.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting a HOLD administrator. Access to the Service is restricted to authorized personnel; account removal requests will be processed within a reasonable time.

    不共享承诺：我们绝不会将您的手机号码出售、出租、转让或以任何方式提供给任何第三方用于营销、广告或任何商业目的。您的手机号码仅在本服务内用于身份验证。
  

4. 短信/消息说明

当您通过网页端登录时，HOLD AI 助手将通过 Twilio 向您的 WhatsApp 或手机发送一次性验证码。

消息频率：每次登录操作最多发送 1 条验证消息，不会发送任何定期或营销性消息。
可能收取短信及流量费用，具体取决于您的运营商套餐。
如需停止接收消息，请勿再次请求验证码；您也可以回复短信 STOP 退订。

5. 数据保留

一次性验证码在验证成功后立即删除，或在过期后（10 分钟内）自动清除。聊天记录保存于豪德服务器，直至您或管理员将其删除。手机号码在账号有效期间保存于系统中。

6. 数据安全

所有数据通过 HTTPS 加密传输。聊天内容及手机号码存储于豪德自有基础设施的服务器上，不会用于本服务范围以外的任何用途。

7. 第三方服务

我们使用 Twilio 发送验证消息。Twilio 仅处理您的手机号码以路由 OTP 消息，详情请参阅 Twilio 隐私政策。我们不会向 Twilio 共享任何其他个人数据。

8. 您的权利

您可以通过联系豪德管理员，申请访问、更正或删除您的个人数据。本服务仅限授权人员使用，账号删除申请将在合理时间内处理。
